Comparative projects and elephants galore!

We had a great time today, hearing all of the presentations of the student's comparative project. They used data from soysambu and the Mara to answer questions ranging from, "how bold are jackals" to "how gregarious are groups with young compared to grounds without young?"

We then had great success collecting data for the final projects.

And had an AMAZING elephant sighting that included some really interesting sexual behavior.
