Mpala Awesome-ness

We're having a great time in Mpala.  Unfortunately, there is no service here except for  at the main station, so it's hard to post things.  We brought all the students here today to use the wi-fi to check their grades, so I'll take this time to tell you about some of the awesome things we've done and seen here.

We go out on game drives every morning and evening, and in the past two days, we've seen lots of elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelope, and amazing views of Mt. Kenya.  Some of the highlights were seeing an elephant charging a giraffe at a watering hole, and today I fell in love with the students in my car when they spotted wild dogs!  We were all mesmerized to see this rare pack of wild dogs.

Tomorrow we travel to Soysambu Conservancy where we'll get to explore a completely different part of Kenya.
